My name is Amy Jones.
I have over 20 years experience in child care. My journey in child care has brought me to the most exciting adventure, and I get to experience it with every new family that I meet. The wonderful world of being a doula! I have been told I have a strong nurturing ability. I am a good listener and after 8 years experience as a massage therapist I have a comforting touch. Each pregnancy that I have been privileged to share has been an amazing journey. You can get out a text book and look at what each trimester brings, and how the child inside is growing. But, there is nothing that can be written that can explain the miracle that the human body goes through in the precious womb of the mother. The amazing journey of birth is different for each family. Although the basic things have to happen to get your baby here. There are so many emotions that are felt and things that mom, and baby's body goes though in order for baby to be born. It is a very intimate and personal experience. I do my best to give my support emotionally, and physically with out over stepping personal boundaries. If you need your pillow fluffed, ice chips, an advocate, someone to help hold you, or take pictures I am willing to help in what ever way I possibly can.

This is Alexa. She was born Dec 22,2010 @ 8:00 p.m. She weighed 7.5.
This is the newest arrival. He is Miranda's cousin! He was born September 28th @ 6:54. He weighed 9/1, 21 in. Mom had to have a c-sec, but both are doing wonderful!
Miranda was born July 21, at 5:58 p.m.
This is Tiara. She was born June 18th @ 2:54 a.m.
